The sheet music materials offered and digitally delivered by DigitalSheetPlus.com are deemed to be services for the Purposes of Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. Due to the reason that the nature of our services (and any goods herein) that is offered by DigitalSheetPlus.com. You hereby agree that you will not exercise any right of return or cancellation that concerns:
a. The supply of Services which execution has already started (example: Download has commenced)
b. The supply of goods which cannot be returned because of their nature.
c. The supply of software you downloaded prior to the commencement of a download (or by the acquisition of any goods).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
For CD/DVD Sheet Music/Bundle Packages:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Musical Instruments Shipping:
Our Musical Instruments are all Made in China. Our products are shipped from mainland China and will take a certain time to be shipped with processing days via EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service. This means that your order will arrive in as early as somewhere between 8-21 business days. In some cases your order can take longer but our aim is to process the order as soon as possible.We will also inform you through email when your order has been shipped.
Returns Policy for Musical Instruments:
* If you feel the need to return an item due to order not as described, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
* All exchanges must be pre-paid and returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and no sign of wear or abuse within 2 days if the items you received is not as described or different from what you ordered only at the moment you received the product from EMS. Customers may ship the product back immediately with the original packaging within 2 days. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All instruments ordered within 2 days upon receipt of payment is considered final.
IMPORTANT: CHECK THE INSTRUMENT FIRST BEFORE SIGNING AND RECEIVING THE ITEM FROM EMS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SERVICE for orders from China. IF YOU SIGN IT FIRST AND FOUND OUT THAT PRODUCT IS DAMAGE OR BROKEN, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. DIGITAL SHEET PLUS ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES. HOWEVER, IF YOU DID NOT SIGN BECAUSE THERE IS DAMAGE IN THE ITEM, EMS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SERVICE WILL SHIP BACK THE ITEM TO US AND THE COURIER WILL BE THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED.
For damaged items we will need to inspect goods and it is important to retain any packaging. The product have been checked and packed in good condition before dispatch. Kindly check the product before you sign it when you receive the musical instrument you have ordered. Do not sign and accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Please be advised that if you sign it first and found out that it is damaged or broken, you will be disqualified from returning the product.
